Sam and Shauna, two of the UK’s most acclaimed outdoor cooking experts and some of the top award-winning fire chefs in the country, will be hosting this year’s Feast from the Fire Stage at Ascot. They’ll be challenging our guest pitmasters and fire chefs, testing their skills and sharing some of their own techniques and BBQ tips.

We are credited with starting the Street Food and Pop-up movement in Wales and are trail blazers in our field of outdoor cooking. 

Our energy, passion and in-depth knowledge has seen us go on to be ambassadors for outdoor cooking in the UK. Having won many awards for our sustainable, ethical and creative cooking, we are also authors of our beloved international bestselling cookbook ‘Hang Fire; Adventures in American BBQ’. Having closed our restaurant in 2021 we now focus on teaching fire-foodies how to up their BBQ game all from our own backyard alongside festival hosting, recipe writing, private dining experiences, bespoke events and regular TV and radio appearances.
