Hosting the epic parties and eating well has always been a passion for Cordon Bleu trained Jacqueline Wise, and the best always involve fire! A professional (chef), event designer, forager and keen gardener, she can’t wait to showcase innovative, vibrant and nourishing recipes to impress your family and friends, and help you become the ultimate BBQ host.

Jacqueline worked at The Ritz London, two Michelin Star restaurants and Buckingham Palace before launching a portfolio of food businesses including @Positivelydeliciousfood, a Nomadic Fire-Cookery and Foraging School, @Kelmsleycatering for weddings, and ‘Jacqueline Wise Chefs’, a leading service in luxury fine-dining at home.

Her passion and creativity have seen her on both TV and BBC Radio, including winning the Channel 4 show ‘Win it cook it.’ Jacqueline specialises in cooking game, seafood, hyper-seasonal and organic produce, with a focus on soil health and nutrition. As a member of Pasture for Life and The Sussex Wildlife Trust, her ambition is to educate about the importance of how we source and cook our meals, reduce food waste, improve our own mental and physical health and the health of the planet, through REALLY damn good food.

When Jacqueline isn’t cooking, you’ll find her surfing, foraging and gardening with her two little girls, husband and golden retriever ‘Dill,’ near Chichester in West Sussex.

Jacqueline promises buckets of tasters, terrible food puns, even worse jokes, good banter and a ton of passion and energy on stage, as she tries to change the world, one stomach at a time!
