FIRE CHEF JURGEN HOFMAN PRESEN
Chef Jurgen Hofman originally from the Netherlands was getting recognition after working in some high-end restaurants throughout County Cork in Ireland, after a short break in the hospitality business he has regained this recognition in the Netherlands with his own style of cooking, doing pop up restaurants, private dining, supper clubs, working with BBQ brands and his highly sought after workshops.
Inspired by the cultures he grew up with and his wife’s background he is strongly influenced by Nordic, Slavic, African, Middle Eastern and South American cuisines and likes to take the best of those techniques using local ingredients to make his signature dishes with twist over a wood fire creating a taste that is both bold and unforgettable.
At the festival, Chef Jurgen will be showcasing his expertise in the form of mouthwatering fire-cooked Dishes that will tantalise your tastebuds.
Whether you’re a seasoned bbq enthusiast or just looking to try something new, Chef Jurgen’s creations are not to be missed.

Each sitting will present five (5) deliciously unique courses. Kicking off with an aperitif and nibbles, followed by five (5) deliciously unique courses. A long lunch wouldn’t be right without a glass of something in hand! So, enjoy an aperitif on arrival of Devon Rosé Blush Cider cocktail from award winnin Sandford Orchard .
A full bar and a wide selection of wines will also be available for you and your party to purchase (although these are not included in the ticket price).
