Nokuthula Majozi’s (Nokx) first culinary role was at Durban’s 4-star Riverside Hotel – following on from that, the made the move to London in 2002, and has since worked at the Intercontinental Park Lane, The Landmark and Browns, before starting her journey at the Rosewood London in 2014 as Sous Chef, under Executive Chef Calum Franklin.

Nokx is passionate about all things pastry and is often found working in the beautiful Pie Room located with Holborn Dining Rooms.
She has recently been included in the 100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality list as well as working closely with Women in Hospitality, an organisation that nurtures the career and development of female chefs.
