The Jolly Hog will be bringing its British, Outdoor Bred & RSPCA Assured pork to Smoke & Fire Festival, showcasing the best way to cook sausages, bacon and pulled pork over fire.

All meat served is high welfare from West End Farm in Devizes and we use local suppliers to us in Bristol. We will be using our BBQ rig to create food theatre and this is a great way to kick off discussions about ethically sourced meat with customers.
