Kendrick Bevins, Shawn Bevins, Karine Marois and Daren Bevins are all involved in the Hellrazr business, which manufactures high-end barbecues in Drummondville.
“Don’t tell me about cooking something on gas.” Shawn Bevins is a traditional barbecue purist. We could measure the degree of his burning passion two years ago, in Acton Vale, when he launched Hamrforge, his first project. He has since stepped aside and started Hellrazr, which offers smaller, more affordable barbecues, but again meant to showcase the treasures of charcoal cooking.
