Three chefs who from the impact of the coronavirus and then lockdown, were left unemployed. We came together and thought why not do something we are passionate about together? After late nights deciding what we’d want if we could only get delivery or takeaway, we all came to the agreement on BBQ & smoked meats.
Working with some of the finest farmers up and down the country ethically sourcing meat and taking great care of some fine animals.
