Established in 2012, the Chilli Project was born. From chilli grower to festival go-er, their passion for the fiery fruit quickly grew into a business.
The Great Taste Award Winning Chilli Project is run by Rick & Laura Saunders, using local fresh ingredients, everything is handmade from the eye-catching branding to the award-winning recipes, ensuring you are getting a full artisan end product with a personal touch.
If you’ve ever met us at a market or festival, you will know how passionate we are about our products and we think you will be too! We have over 20 products in our range, we make chilli infused salt grinders, jams and jellies and relishes, Indian pickles, and chutneys, mild to wild chilli sauces and more. We have plenty more products in the pipeline that we can’t wait to share with you.
