What are the opening times?
Gates open at 11:00 AM for VIP ticket holders and 12:00 PM Midday for General Admission on both Saturday and Sunday.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
We highly recommend booking online in advance. Tickets at the gate are subject to availability and are priced higher than advance online rates.
Are children’s activities really free?
Yes! All main children’s entertainment, games, and dedicated kids’ zone activities inside the festival grounds are completely free of charge.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, parking is available at Promenade Park. You can add a parking pass to your order during the Ticketmaster checkout process.
